Team strategy
We come together to define our values, our vision and mission. We continue to evaluate where we are and where we want to be.
Vision setting
I take a Design Thinking approach to team development. We used forward-looking techniques to explore and define our vision. Together we workshopped what we have achieved – and what we are famous for – a few years into the future.
Highly collaborative
Before we went fully SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) we continuously worked on how all teams across development and design could better work together. We began in silos but worked hard to integrate our processes and act as a single, larger team.
Workshops and Design Sprints
We lead all sorts of collaborative design workshops and activities with feature teams, engineers and product. We’ve run quite a few [mini] Design Sprints (a la Google Ventures/Jake Knapp).
